form with multiple pages

Hi i would like to have a form where the initial credit card info is entered, then when the payment is approved have another page/form to capture a digital signature, and a final page/form where the payment details can be print out.

I also would like to use a cardreader to swipe and get the credit card number into the form without having to type it in.

Could you guys help me please.

I'm sorry, but I don't think that is possible in the form. You should consider enabling payment authorization instead:

As for the Card Reader function, we also do not have it and I'm afraid that it's hard to implement into our system since that involves a hardware and a software to run. You may consider my suggestion into this thread:

It's using "Paypal Here" after you receive the order.
