I never needed my form to be secure.. realized it had a quota limit -- changed it and then used the unsecured link for my form and it still disabled it. Please release the function so that I can use the same form and proceed with the sign ups. Thanks

I went ahead and reset your limits and reactivated your account. Keep in mind we are only able to do this once per account, so should you go over again, you will need to upgrade in order to reactivate your forms.
