Can't find form in account

    What happened to our forms fot Ozakrks RV Resort on Table Rock Lake. I logged in to our account and no forms wwere present.

    Hi,

    Have you checked your "Trash" folder? I see you have a couple of forms there.

    If the form is not there, it is highly possible that you might have created the form in a guest account, you might have forgotten to log in or your session timed out. If you have the link of the form we could look and find it. We'll wait for your response.
