Saving as you go on a jotform

    Hi - I have been using jot form for a while and lately this time around my applicants haven't been able to save their forms as they go. This has been frustrating for my applicants and I am not sure how to help them. Is there a particular browser that works better for jot form ? 

    Another problem my applicants have been facing is that they can't go back and change an answer that they have given to a question after they have inputted their answer. Is that another problem you could help me with?

    Hi,

    In that case, you should enable AutoFill in your form or use our Session URL method. Please find the links below:

    Session URL: http://www.jotform.com/features/save-and-continue/

    Auto-fill will only work on the same browser and computer that the form is filled so if you need to give applicants the option to continue filling up the form using another browser and computer, then you should use our Session URL method.
