Unable to log in or find my account

    some weeks ago I created two forms on Jotform, put them on my website, connected them to my mailchimp account and all went well. I checked the subscribers a few times on jotform, everthing was fine and worked.

    Today I wanted to check the subscribers again and couldn't log in any more. The forms are still online and working (I made a test subscribtion). But I can't login to see the subscribers. I've also tried to change my password, but it says there is no account with my emailadress!

     

    It's very important for me to see the number of subscrbtions and there is noch way now. Can you please find out what happened to my account? As my event takes place on saturday, it's pretty urgent.

    OK, I see the issue Elke. You have used the jotform without actually registering meaning that your jotform is in a guest account (and that anyone can claim it).

    Please create an account with us by signing in and let us know of the username and we would be happy to transfer the jotforms to it.
