How can I change my username?

It would not be possible for you to change the username yourself, but we can assist you with the change.

All you would need is to give us 3 usernames that you would like to have in the order of preference and we will look for the first one available and set it up as your new username.

I would only like to mention that if you are using custom URLs to embed your jotform, they will stop working right after the change is applied.

The jotforms embedded using direct URL (have the form number / id) in the URL will continue to work during this time.

What I would suggest is to change all of the ones with custom URLs to direct URLs until the name is changed for you.
