Having an issue with a form, form over quota?

    When people click on my link it says:

     

    Form over quota
    This form has exceeded its allocated quota.

    This error appeared on your form because you had reached your submissions limit allocated for the month. I see you upgraded your account to Premium already, so you will not see that error message unless you reached it's limit which is now 1000 per month.
