Forms not working and loading slowly

Hello forms taking ages to load and tick box does nothing capt-ca not loading until refreshed unusable in this state

It seems that there is a code conflict between your website and the forms.

I would advise that you embed the form using the iFrame code, you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

Another is that it seems that you are using an old theme? There are images not loading in your form properly.

I would advise that you check the CSS code inside the Form Designer and replace those URL of the background images with a working one.

But personally, I would advise that you reset the design you have by following this screenshot:

Then from the "Theme Store" you can select a working theme. Or you could use the Designer to give your form a new style.
