Can't find the form I created!Asked by burdissl on March 12, 2015 at 10:03 PM
I created a form and linked it to facebook. I can logon to facebook, access the form, fill it out and receive a message telling me I received a form. But when I login to my account, I can see the submission for but cannot find my actual form that I created. Can you help me find it please???
find message fill my account
Upon checking the form you have embedded in your FaceBook page, I found that it is very much there in your account "burdissl". The ID of this form is "#50695707297165". Please check the screenshot below:
I am not sure what you mean by " But when I login to my account, I can see the submission for but cannot find my actual form that I created." You can only go to your form's submission page if you see the form in your account.
This form is actually an untitled form and that is the reason it is not displaying any label. Please check the screenshot below:
If you do not see this form in your account, I would suggest you to clear your browser cache and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you in clearing browser cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
