6. How often do updates for capabilities come out? How are customers notified of changes? Do you ever make changes that break existing functions?

We have different teams that continuously updates and monitors everything about JotForm, these includes fixes on bugs, improvement on widgets, functions, security and the likes.

This is true to almost of the tech companies, they monitor 24/7 the performance of their software, database, security and mostly everything about it.

If there are major updates we send emails, posts on our Blog, social media like Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, YouTube and Medium. You can also see announcements in the actual JotForm website.
