I'm trying to create a new form using the iniztial option "import existing form".
The URL is http://dipsco.unitn.it/numbers/test.html In a browser this form works, but while importing it in jotform I get an error "something like form id invalid or it doesn't exist".
Can you understand where is my mistake?

I am unable to access the provided URL and displays that the webpage is not available. In order to import a form to your JotForm account, it should have form tags in its code so that the fields can be imported to JotForm. Otherwise it displays an error Form not found: Form Id is missing or irregular. Since the URL is also invalid, it should be displaying the same error. Please check the URL and let us know the correct one so that we can check if that form can be imported.

Thank you for your reply.
The URL was temporarly unavailable, but now the page is online again.
The page contains a form tag, so it should work...

Just to let you know that we've updated our import tool and importing a form from a webpage is now possible. Please try it again and let us know if there are problems.
