Forms not found / Disabled

    Hi, 

     

    My forms are suddenly not working on any sites.

    Saying FORM NOT FOUND - THIS FORM IS DISABLED

    Is there a way someone could help me fast ? Thanks

    I checked your account and I can see that you have disabled forms listed. To fix this issue you can simply enable your forms and they should appear on your website.
