My form don't send, it keeps saying "Please wait..." but don't send. How I can fix it? I tried on my PC and Mobile but both didn't worked. I don't have any collapse menus.

Upon checking your form, it seems that the problem was caused by a problem on the Color Picker Widget.
This is your form that shows the errors
I made a simple form with only the Color Picker widget and I got the same problem.
The screenshots are just to confirm that there was an error present.
I would advise that you remove the widget and use another color picker so that the form would be functional.
I will need to escalate this to our widget team so that they can take a closer look and have it fixed.

This has now been fixed. Please re-add the widget to your form and it will work as expected.
