Google Spreadsheets integration is not working

I have tried over and over to integrate with Google Spreadsheets with a new form and it's not working. The spreadsheet is not created. The Google Drive integration works fine. I don't understand what the problem is--I have done this many times with my other forms. Is there a limit to how many forms or integrations I can have with a free account?

I made a test on my side using a cloned version of your form and the integration is working ok.

Could you please try to clear your browser's cache and reintegrate your form one more time? There are no limitations regarding the integrations that you can have in your account.

If you are receiving an error message, please share a screenshot of it so we can better understand what is happening.
