When you integrate Google Sheets with your form and use the edit link for the submission to make adjustments, all edits made to that submission is being adjusted automatically in Google Sheet.
You can add the edit link to your Auto Responder notification, so that the user who made the submission can revisit their submission and make adjustments. You can view this guide for further details:
If you would like to edit the submission made by one of your users, you can use the View Submissions interface to achieve this.
You can click the submit button on the form to save the changes made. Do note that the changes made would reflect in the Google Sheet also. I hope this helps. Do let us know if further assistance is needed.
