My embedded form is not working and I am mid-launch

This has come up before, and then resolved itself just as mysteriously before, within a a day or so.  But I pay for this service and I am now mid launch where this form is at the end of a sales funnel. 

I pay for this service.  I need this fixed Immediately.  I am at a loss for words...

I cloned your form to test it and everything appears to be working properly.  I was able to complete submissions and receive notifications from the form.  May I ask what is not working with your embedded form?

I did notice you have used used the regular Javascript embed method to embed your form.  There are several other scripts running in your form as well that may be causing a conflict.  A quick thing to try would be to embed your form using the iFrame embed method:
