Our login ID is for an employee who is no longer with the organization. How can we change the login name and password?

If you can provide us with a link to one of the forms that was within the account we can help you with sending a password reset. However, without the authorization of the owner of the account, we are unable to change any information associated with the account. However, if you can send us any information proving the forms are indeed yours, we will be happy to see what we can do. Anything such as billing information associated with the account or things of that nature.
