For the past 2 days some (not all) form submissions are not being emailed to me. I haven't changed the settings at all for the notifications and they aren't going to my spam file. When I check the storage on your site I see they are there. Can you please look into this for me? I use these as order forms and when they aren't emailed to me I don't know the order has come in. It's not just one of my forms. It's across the board. I've pasted a link to the most recent form it happened with below, but I know for sure at least two more from:

Based on our logs it seems that the emails had been sent properly, but I would like to ask you to please create a new notifier and set it to send email from firstname.lastname@example.org and check if you receive an email.
To test it out, please make a test submission by filling out the form and submitting it.
