I have pasted the emails that have been coming into outlook 365.

From what I understand on the details you had provided, it was the email email@example.com that have the issue. I checked the email account on our bounce list but it was not listed.
If I am not mistaken, I think the issue was on the owner of the email account firstname.lastname@example.org . The mailbox inbox must be full and they probably need to do some clearing.
The email account email@example.com you were using on your forms are just fine. So it was able to receive incoming submission emails.
