I am receiving bounce back email from Jotform

    I have pasted the emails that have been coming into outlook 365.

     

    mx.google.com rejected your message to the following email addresses:

    vacuvo@gmail.com (noreply@jotform.com)

    mx.google.com gave this error:

    From what I understand on the details you had provided, it was the email vacuvo@gmail.com that have the issue.  I checked the email account on our bounce list but it was not listed.

    If I am not mistaken, I think the issue was on the owner of the email account vacuvo@gmail.com . The mailbox inbox must be full and they probably need to do some clearing.

    If you checked your form http://www.jotform.us/form/32263991171152 submissions in the View Submissions page, you will find the submission from the mentioned sender/user.

    The email account connierose@empirerecruiters.com you were using on your forms are just fine. So it was able to receive incoming submission emails.
