How do I make it so once a time slot is selected, no one else can choose that time again (thanks for the widget)?

I tried using the widget you sent me that is an appointment widget, but I don't know how to set the condition so that once it has been filled, no one else can choose that time (in other words, that time needs to either go away, be grayed out, or some other solution). The goal is to make it so that we don't have double bookings for the same time in the auditions (i removed the widget with appointments in it, and was attempting a different method to achieve this).

 it doesn't actually have the Appointment Slot Widget on it.

You must have removed it on your form. I suggest you add the Appointment Slot widget on your form and let us try resolving again to make it work according to your requirement.

If you test the demo jotform http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43352010062942? you can see that it works according to it description. 

You cannot re-use a slot that had been taken already.
