cannot change the notification email

Click on the red X button beside the Notifier to delete that Notification Email

To Add New Notification, use the Add New Email button then

On the other hand...perhaps what you meant was this

-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications

to change the destination email for the submission email, just change the email address on the Recipient E-mail box..
