why some short field takes up a whole line, some do not?

    I do not know what I did differently. I put some ??? on the fields take up a whole line.

    Sorry but your question is a bit vague to me. Do you mean to say the shrunken fields takes the whole line? 

    This is how your form appears on my end and I think the shrunken fields are fine. :)why some short field takes up a whole line, some do not? Image 1 Screenshot 20
