We are no longer receiving email submissions

    Starting a few days ago, we no longer are receiving email notifications from our forms.

    I cloned your form and made a test submission after which I checked the mail logs. The results shows that the email notification email was sent. Can you try adding the IP addresses of JotForm into your whitelist, these are the following IP to be added:
