Can you pass information from one form into another form that is also embedded?

I appreciate your support as I have the knowledge now through this forum to set up a simple Name, Email, Phone number in one form and pass it into the next form.

Whilst I am happy with this progress, I realised whilst doing this that I am sending the customer away from my original website of the original embedded form to the jotform.com domain name.

Is it possible to pass information like this - Name, Email, Phone number from one embedded form, across to another embedded form, thus keeping the customer on your own domain name?

Non working Example:

http://www.jotformpro.com/form/12345678910?session={email5}&applicationForm4=Applicant&firstName80={firstName}&lastName81={lastName3}&enterYour={email5}&contactPhone84={contactPhone}

However try to keep the domain as ours...

http://www.OURDOMAIN.com.au/professional-risk-45/for-rtos?id=109/form/50473011492952?session={email5}&applicationForm4=Applicant&firstName80={firstName}&lastName81={lastName3}&enterYour={email5}&contactPhone84={contactPhone}

From what I understand, you want to use your own domain to show your forms. If this is correct, please check the following guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform

Or you can also try the workaround provided here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/471165#472881 to pass along the information between the two forms using iframes.
