Remove Calendar on my Configurable List

    You can achieve that by adding Custom CSS inside of Configurable list widget Custom CSS. Paste this code inside of Configurable list widget Custom CSS:

    .calendarIcon {visibility: hidden;

    }

    After adding this code your form should look like this.

    Thank you very much. 

    Now one more item ( :) )

    Form:  Final 531926   (form in this thread) as displayed couple screens above.

     

    Is it possible to get ONE DYNAMIC CELL located  to the right of the words "ENTER Log Data" 

    The cell, if possible, needs to be able to accommodate combo text and numbers --  10 characters wide.

    It also needs to be a REQUIRED  field
