I followed the instructions on how to send the link to the form through email. It says that it sends, but no one is receiving them. I've sent it to my self a few times and I'm not receiving it either.

I assume you were using the method described on the user guide
I checked your sent email logs and I can see that your message with the email link was sent to your email account.
Please check also on your mailbox if perhaps the sent message was just filtered out as spam or was redirected to the junk email folder.
