I had a free account now I have upgrade to a pay plan, but even so I got this message "form over quota"
Please help me out!

There must be just a delay or you just didn't relogin yet to your account.
As of this writing, when I checked your JotForm account itcaribbean
it was already at PROFESSIONAL plan.
