    Form over quota. Please need to move my account from FREE to a paid account

    PLEASE HELP ME OUT! I NEED TO MOVE MY FORMS FROM FREE TO A PAID PLAN. i HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE UPGRADE BUT STILL HAVE THE MESSAGE: FORM OVER QUOTA

    Hi Eric,

    I had already responded to your original post about this here

    As mentioned, the account was actually updated already.

    You just need to relogin to jotform http://www.jotform.com/login using your account to see the updated status

    Let us know if still not resolve. Please use the original thread for any updates/message you have.

    Eric,

    The mentioned jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/31716279341152 belongs to a different jotform account/username

     

    Do you also own the account? and did you also upgraded that account?

    Please clarify and we will investigate further.

    The form  http://www.jotform.us/form/31716279341152

     currently belongs to the account alexmarketingcaribbean 

     

    I see that the accounts alexmarketingcaribbean  and itcaribbean are related since they uses the same email account domain @cbincvacations.com

    As of now, only the account itcaribbean is updated to PROFESSIONAL subscription.

    The account alexmarketingcaribbean paid subscription had already expired last Feb 19th, 2015 because it was not renewed.

    If you need to update/upgrade the subscription account   alexmarketingcaribbean , I suggest you logged in to the account and update as needed.

    You can use the upgrade button in the JotForm Pricing page to update the subscription.
