Can we share files submitted on our jotform?

3- Can we share many files with a fey persons at the same time ?

I am not quite sure if I understand what you would like to achieve, but you can:

1. share access to your submissions with anyone so that they can see the images

- by making the a sub-user access
- by setting some of the available reports to only show images and protecting reports with passwords
- by giving public access to submissions (also password protected)

2. upload the submissions to your Google Drive and share the access to the files

3. upload the submissions to your DropBox so that you can easily share the files.

There are probably few other alternatives available, but if you tell us how you would like to share these files we would be happy to assist you with that.
