4- Also, can the persons who fill the form can sumbit many images at once. If I want to receive 10 images, do I have to create 10 boxes  or they can put all the images in the same box ?

Yes, you can allow multiple files to be uploaded to your jotform in the same field, or you can create several single upload fields instead.

If the uploads are big (over 200MB each) I would suggest using single upload field, but if the uploaded files are small (under 20MB each) then the multi-upload field would work great.

To change the single upload field to accept multiple files all we have to do is click on the single upload field and then click on Allow Multiple option in the toolbar.

To change the number of the accepted images, you would need to open the properties of the upload field:

and then change the options to match your preferences (for example of 4 fields of 1MB in size each):

You can also see the option to accept single or multiple files over the upload tool on this page as well as well as the extensions.

Do let us know if you have any difficulties with this or if you have any further questions and we would be happy to assist.
