My form's has been disabled
Please let me know how to fix this issue.

I took a look at your account and I see 2 jotforms, both with the same issue.
Please note that if you must use the same language on your jotform as the one that is set for the jotform itself.
Good thing is that once you make the necessary change on your account, your account will be enabled by our system.

Did you change the form language to English already? I can see the form title is still in Arabic. Please create the form in English language then use the language tool then you can make Arabic language as the default.
