Considering recent timeouts, may we assume that JotForm services will be stable in November?

    Dear JotForm Team,

    I am writing this letter to express our concern regarding the availability of JotForm services for our needs.

    To begin with, the past few days we experienced occasional timeouts from after form submission. We were testing JotForm functionality via a free account but have just paid for the premium version. Having end users receive timeout errors in their browsers is an issue we wish to resolve.

    As we plan on using JotForm extensively in November - may we be assured of an uninterrupted JotForm service in November?

    We are not aware of any timeouts. I don't think anybody else reported such problem on the forum. Is this happening on a particular page or when you try to access any page on the site? Can you re-create the problem? Does it happen randomly on some page requests or for all pages? Any information you provide can help us pinpoint the problem.
