Logging in issue

When I log on it don't work, but after I logon if I refresh the page is will open. Why is this not working right

If I understand you correctly, you are referring to the JotForm web page wherein you're having trouble displaying the page after you log in right?

May I know what browser are you using? Please clear your browser's cache.

If the issue is still the same try to use another browser, just to isolate if the issue is within the browser that you are using. For example, you are using Internet Explorer, try Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and see if it works there. If it works in the alternate browser then that means the issue is within Internet Explorer.

How to Login

Go to www.jotform.com. Click the "Login" button then enter your username and password and hit the "Sign In" button.

Once you logged in to your account, it should go to the myForms page.
