Why does JotForm never work?

    I've been TRYING to incorporate a JotForm on our website for months.  It has only worked twice.  The rest of the time visitors who ATTEMPT to use the form are unable to do so.  I've also attempted to use the form and have not been successful in submitting the test forms.  This means that I have wasted hours creating my forms and have lost MONTHS of potential form submissions due to the inability to have JotForm actually work.  Perhaps you'd be so kind as to tell me why you advertise and entice people to use your forms when they never work?

    I also encountered the same issue. Very disappointed.

    I, too, have encountered problems with JotForm and so far, I haven't been able to get them to address the problem using this forum.  I am also VERY DISAPPOINTED!

    We are very sorry hearing about your experience. I can assure we indeed have LOTS of happy users free and paid.

    @oyermodelmanagement, most likely these are the reason that might prevent a form to work properly:

    -You are not embedding it correctly.

    -The form is having conflicts with other scripts in your webpage.

    -You are creating forms that might violate our terms of use

    Upon checking one of your forms, it works OK on it's stand alone version:

    http://www.jotform.us/form/43380380572151

    So it's most likely a problem while embedding it in your site. Please indicate us where exactly the form(s) is (are) embedded and we will inspect the page and troubleshoot with you.

    Otherwise please provide as many details about the issue with your jotform and we will be happy to assist you.

    @Jerseycao and @StrawberryDesi

    Please open a separate thread and explain with more details what is your individual cases about and we will be glad to help.

    @moyermodelmanagement

    The only inconvenience that I found in the form is that the Facebook Like Button is required and it's at the top, probably people is not scrolling up to see this is preventing the form to submit.

    My recommendation for you would be to move this field to the bottom or to un-require it.
