How to create an iPad signature liability form?

    We have created a liability form online using Jotform, but we would like to allow clients to submit the form by signing the form with their finger on an iPad. 

     

    Can this be done using the new PDF form?

    You should be able to do that by adding our signature widgets such as:

    E-Signature

    Smooth Signature

    Do let us know if that would work for you.

    Now I did notice that you have added the signature widget to your jotform so I would like to check if you are having some issues with it when you access the jotform over iPad? If so, does this happen when the jotform is embedded or when you access it directly?
