notification to multiple emails not working?

    I'm trying to have the jotform completion notification email delivered to more than one email address. I've looked here in the Forum, and the directions indicated all that is required is a comma/space between email addresses.

    I've done this, but the notification is still only being delivered to one email.

    Please help!

    Hi PortalMon,

    Thank you for your message. Please ensure that you have the correct email address stored in the recipient email field of your email notification. I saw one email address that has a typographical error (.coom instead of .com).

    I am having the same problem, I have double-checked my email addresses. The notification is still only being delivered to one email for my form as well.

    if you are having a similar issue, please open a new thread for it. Please, include Form ID, & email address affected. Mark the thread as private. (as your email address will be on it)

     

    Its easier for us to track these type of issues on seperate threads.
