Payment tool not adding to form

I am moving from Adobe FormsCentral.  All forms were imported nicely (many thanks to JotForm team for assisting in the process).  I have updated all my forms and successfully integrated PayPal with each form except one.  The payment integration tool is not functioning properly with only one form.  When selecting a payment type and dragging to the form, an icon is added to the form and removed from the tool selection.  At first when updating the form after it was imported, it did worked properly. However, during editing, I had to back out of the form and now it will not add a payment type. I have rebooted and used different browsers without success. Also, note the same issue occurs regardless of payment type selected.  Any assistance to this strange occurrence is appreciated.  Thank you,

I am not sure how to revert it back to the initial form when imported as the undo only takes back so many steps. Unfortunately, I did not use a back up copy when working on the form.  Is it possible to re-import that one form from the Adobe FormsCentral account?  I don't want to override any work I have completed with the other forms. Thanks,

    Hi,

You can use the Form Revision Tool as my colleague Shadae said. This will allow you to revert back to the form's previous versions.

Select the form and click the "More" button. Choose "Revision History".

Here in the Revision History page, you can choose a date or version from the left. Once you found the right version, just hit the "Revert to this version" button.

Please try it and see if it works. If you need any help, don't hesitate to contact us.

    Thank you.

Thank you all.  I attempted to revert the form, but it did not work.  I had to reimport the form and unfortunately start over.  Next time, I will remember to make copies before editing.  I have three other accounts to covert from Adobe FormsCentral, so lesson learned.  I appreciate the quick replies and support.

Unfortunately, if there is not a previously saved state for your form in JotForm, the revision history does not help.  You can always make copies of your forms by cloning them:

    Either straight from your account:

    Or via its URL:
