I upgraded to premium but my account is not showing it.

    Hello and how are you?  I have upgraded my account to premium and it is not showing up within my account.  The Account that I have my forms under is as follows: thepowerofagift@gmail.com  .  I have the receipt that was sent via email.  Please help... Thank you Lamont.... ladariusinc@gmail.com

    Hi Lamont,

    We did not find a match when we searched for the email address thepowerofagift@gmail.com in our member database. But when we checked the other emai address ladariusinc@gmail.com, we found a match and it is currently a Premium account. Please clear your cache, log out and log back in to your JotForm account and let us know if the upgrade is now in place.
