Width issues are creating a difference in form style, depending on screen.

On Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, the form looks great (exactly as pictured in JotForm editor), however, on my boss' laptop screen the form is loading vertically and wasting a lot of space. She is using a normal laptop (not a small one) and so the form should look the same as it does on my screen. What can we do to prevent the form from loading differently on different screens?

Your form should display same in all laptops. Please let us know with which operation system and browser you are having this issue with. 

I did check your web page in multiple browser and it seems to be displayed correctly.
