First of all, I have to say, as a business owner, that the forum stuff is been proven to be silly and not having a contact phone number is absolutely lazy and absurd, there is no getting around proper customer service with people.
Next, my question has nothing to do with figuring anything out, this is YOUR problem, THUS, having a contact phone number.
I only have 38 submissions on my form, yet I go into a clients the on Saturday to show them how to use our online form, I click submit, and quota exceeded comes up....I smooth it out with the client like yes that wouldnt happen it would give you a thank you note..and go home and look at my account, which only has 37 submissions, so I try and it works on my other Mac.
I was using internet explorer on my clients PC, I have tested this on multiple android, mac devices and chrome browser only. What is the issue? Thanks,Page URL:

I think you have already figured this out. I was able to submit the form now without any issues. I guess that is because of the form limit which is set in your form. Your account submissions count is 2 for this month so it's impossible that the form will get disabled because of this other than the limit set in the form.
As for the phone number, unfortunately, we don't offer a support over the phone. Our support forum is the best place to contact us, for faster responses. I would say that our average response time here is way better than the others.
