I took a look at your account and I see that there is one form that is disabled at this time: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/50206699319360 so I believe that this is the jotform where you saw the error and have contacted us about.
To enable it again, you can click on it, then click on More option and then Enable option from the dropdown.
If you disable some other form in future it will also show with slightly bleached out text as shown above.

Thanks Ben but that doesn't fix it. I have tried creating a very simple new form which works perfectly when embedded in the page, however the original one still returns the unavailable message.
There are two forms on the site and both are producing the same error.
I will try to solve the problem by replacing both forms with new ones.

OK I've now cloned one of the forms and the new clone has fixed the problem. The old form still doesn't work. I will clone the other form and check if that's fixes it as well.

I took a look at your account and I can see 4 jotforms in it:
They all seem to work properly for me.
Is the issue happening with some other form? If so, please give us the link to it and we would be happy to check what might be the issue.
Also, in order to assist you, please refrain from answering on other thread ( http://www.jotform.com/answers/534572-This-form-is-currently-unavailable- ) that are opened for the same issue and reply to this thread only ( http://www.jotform.com/answers/533704 ). Doing so will allow us to resolve this issue for you quickly.
