Hi,
This is how we are getting our emails with form submissions: http://screencast.com/t/N0hjEO9Y
When I check them under our "submission" category there is actually text. Do you know why this is happening? I don't want to give access to everyone for our backend of JotForm, or have to export PDFs or CSVs all the time, as you can imagine.

The "undefined" message is happening when you receive emails about submissions on your Widget Form, correct?
After inspecting this further I found your Email Notification shows that there is only "undefined" text there so this would be the reason as to why you are receiving it that way.
Was this recently changed by someone you know possibly?
To correct this problem I would suggest deleting your email notification and making a brand new one which will rebuild the original set up of the notification and that should fix it.
