    Hello

Friday we signed up with jotform to provide our customers a file upload for our website. Today, the company owner tried to test the form on our website and it was unavailable due to high traffic. Is this something that happens often?

This concerning because we plan on using this as part of our custom artwork ordering process and if it is down because of high traffic then we have to look at another solution.  Currently we are at the free level and will upgrade to a different level if the reliability on the server side of jotform is more reliable.

Thank you for your time and answers.

    Regards,

I am sorry to hear that you had this issue Chris and I see that many have reported similar, but our system was working properly entire day.

We are however using CloudFlare to protect our servers from any attacks and it seems that their system had the issue.

We are experiencing slightly degraded DNS service in San Jose and Los Angeles.

You can see more about that on their status page: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/

We also have our own status page where we would update in case something with our servers happens: http://jotformstatus.com/

As mentioned, I believe that this had affected only some users based on that issue they had mentioned most likely disrupting some connected parts of their network as well.

This however does not happen often.

Do let us know if you have any questions and we would be happy to answer them.
