I have a form whose submissions I would like to be able to share with other people. I do not, however, want them to have access to my account. Is this possible?

Yes, you can share the submissions of that person alone, by giving them the edit link which will show them the form as the person filling it out did, but will all data filled it, or you can share all of the submissions through the reports or by making the submissions public (requires password to access).
I presume that you are looking for the last option in which case you can set it up like that by following the steps here: How to Share Form's Submissions Page
Do let us know if that is what you wanted to achieve.
I would also like to mention that you can also share the forms with the sub-user accounts and give them a specific access that they would need per form or folder or even globally.
You can see more about that here: How to Share Forms with a Sub-Account User
