Here's our guide on how to get the full source code of your form. That code can then be embedded into the source of a web page of your own (by that I mean a web page not on the JotForm domain).
The thing is, I'm not certain if this is what you meant. Jotforms don't normally need to be embedded anywhere. You can just use them at their own URLs. One way to find the URL of your jotform is to load it in the form builder and click the Preview button shown below:

Incidentally, if you click the Open in new tab button shown in the last screenshot, your form will load at its URL.
