Hello, I am new in JotForm, I entered the site and created a form. Informed an email receipt, only I'm not receiving an urgent need to know of a report if any users answered me or something as it is about an event that will take place on March 18, now. Please help me. The established form of ID is 50686898455677

You build that form on a guest account, please let me know, however I can see you have another account username: etek (etekn******d@etek******d.com.br), so I just moved the form to that account.
The form is sending emails to g******pi@etek******d.com.br which is not in our bounce list. The email alerts are properly configured. Please check the guides below to avoid further issues.Setting Up Email Notifications How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues
