Is there a file size restriction for PDF Form Uploads?

Asked by nppglobal on March 16, 2015 at 04:10 PM

I just received your email with video link for the new PDF JotForm.  Looks really cool! Quick question. What attracted me to JotForm is the ability to upload attachments. When I get going (soon) with JotForm, my users will fill out my JotForm (yet to be created) to submit video files, one per form, and the form will provide a way for the submitter to describe specific attributes of the video. Will the file size be restricted if the form is a PDF?  When PDF was in the forms business, that was a deal-killer limitation.

Thanks in advance for your prompt reply

As far as I know our File Upload Field can support up to a max of 2gb.

I believe this has most likely also been carried over with the fillable pdf with the file upload field.

Do you have a rough idea on what file size you were looking to upload and use on your pdf? I would be more than happy to help test this for you with a pdf to help you out more.
