Why does my downloaded Excel spreadsheet contain multiple redundant fields?

    Hi Jotform,

    For some reason my downloaded Excel file contains several multiples of the same info, in the same field. The while spreadsheet is like this. Please see attached screenshot and advise.

    I was not able to reproduce the issue with downloaded Excel report.

    Here is a screenshot from Microsoft Office 2013

    Please try to re-download the report to see if the issue is fixed.
