Is it possible to schedule automated submission reports to be sent to Dropbox at a specific day and time?

Hi,

I am new to Jotforms and I was wondering if there were anyway at all of setting a schedule for a excel or csv report of my form submissions to be sent to Dropbox with no need for me to manually go in and download the report?

I am looking for a automated function to achieve this. Does such a function currently exist or is there apps I can bodge together to acheive the same result?

To answer your question unfortunately at this time we don't have any sort of automated or scheduled submission reports that go to Dropbox so I do apologize about that.

The closest we have to that is our Digest App that sends a copy of your submission data to your email address at a specific interval depending on your settings. Please see http://digest.jotform.io/.

One other way that I can think of which you may find of alternative use would be to download Dropbox Sync. You could then have your form submissions sending to your Dropbox which would be synced to your desktop and that would save you the time and effort of having to log into your Dropbox on a browser to download it all each time.

To be honest I am after a condensed excel or csv report of all of my submissions that I would sync with my desktop via Dropbox Sync rather than pdf versions of each submission due to how I wish to use the file in order to reach our goal.

It would be great if there were a live link between a excel spreadsheet in dropbox and jotforms or as a new submission is added it overwrote the version currently in Dropbox, or a scheduled upload to dropbox which is adaptable by the user, similar to your Google Sheets connection as Googlesheets still doesn't quite fulfil my requirements.

Are there any plans in the near future to implement something like this?

By the way, my compliments to adding the fillable PDF function, this is something else that comes in very handy for my project.

Thanks for your feedback. We don't have any immediate plans to implement a live link between excel spreadsheets hosted in dropbox. For users that need spreadsheets updated on the fly, our Google Spreadsheets integration meets most user's needs.

I tried the digest app, and the test email did not work.

Can you confirm the functionality of the digest function?

Also, any plans on adding scheduling functionality for the submissions?

I checked the email log for this email address d**p@m*.com and I see that the email from the add was sent to you. 

Please check your spam and junk folders in order to see if the email is stored there, if you are using this email address on your forms to receive submissions, please check them and if you do not receive any email from JotForm open a new thread, we will assist you with that. 

Regarding to your second inquiry, if I can understand you correctly from your previous replies, you want a feature that allows you to schedule a download for your submissions, you want to set a date and time to download either a PDF file, Excel or CSV file with all your submissions, do correct me if I misunderstood that.

If I understood correctly what you are looking for, then I would suggest you to open a new thread and provide us the details about what you would like to have, though we could not ensure this will be implemented, we will escalate it to our second level.
