How to set Payment Authorization only using Stripe Payment integration

I chose the pay later option. I would like the customers to enter their information but not be charged until the service is completed. I ran a test and its showing on my Stripe dashboard as "paid" Is it possible to just gather the customers information (Name, Credit Card Info, Etc.) without charging the credit card right away?

In the Stripe Payment wizard, make sure to set "Charge Customer" option to Later(manually) .

This feature will not charge the credit card account used.
